I have posted a rate chart listing the approximate in house yearly salaries for the publishing services I provide. These are ballpark figures only, and not a final pricing quote. The rate sheet serves to provide general information in response to the "what are your rates?" question. As each project has unique parameters, they are each priced according to their scope.
